Q:How does the camera space analysis work?
FloorFit uses your device's camera to scan and analyze your workout area. Simply point your camera around the room, and our AI technology will detect the available floor space, ceiling height, and any obstacles. This information is processed on your device to create a personalized workout plan that fits your space perfectly.
Q:Is my camera footage stored or sent to servers?
No. Your privacy is our priority. All camera analysis happens locally on your device. We never store, transmit, or have access to your camera footage or images of your space. The only data we process is the calculated dimensions needed to generate your workout.
Q:How do I get the best space scan results?
For best results, ensure good lighting in your room and slowly pan your camera across the entire workout area. Make sure the floor is visible and try to capture the boundaries of your available space. You can always rescan if you move furniture or want to try a different room.
Q:What subscription plans are available?
FloorFit offers a free tier with basic workouts, as well as premium subscriptions for access to all workout types, advanced customization, and exclusive features. You can view current pricing and plans in the app's settings under 'Subscription'.
Q:How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > FloorFit > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Q:Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your FloorFit purchase, and follow the instructions to request a refund.
Q:The app isn't detecting my space correctly. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps: 1) Ensure adequate lighting in the room. 2) Move slowly when scanning. 3) Make sure the floor and walls are visible. 4) Clear any clutter that might confuse the detection. 5) Try restarting the app and scanning again. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Q:Can I use FloorFit outdoors?
FloorFit is optimized for indoor spaces with clear boundaries. While you can use it outdoors, the space detection works best in enclosed areas. For outdoor workouts, you can manually set a workout area size in the app settings.
