Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FloorFit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FloorFit ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

FloorFit is a fitness application that uses your device's camera to analyze your available workout space and generates personalized exercise routines that fit your environment. The App provides workout recommendations, fitness tracking, and related features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FloorFit. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using FloorFit, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

FloorFit offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic workout features with limited functionality.
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features, workout types, and premium content.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles. Continued use of the premium subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FloorFit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and that you are voluntarily participating in these activities. You should stop exercising immediately if you experience any pain, discomfort, or other warning signs.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FloorFit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• FloorFit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not liable for any injuries sustained while performing exercises suggested by the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the space analysis feature will be completely accurate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FloorFit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FloorFit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
